Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we offer worldwide international shipping.

Where are your packages sent from? Our shipments depart from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order? In order to adapt ourselves to the quick processing of our orders, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests received after that will not be accepted. However, you can return the order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).

When will my order be processed? All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please consider additional processing time during holidays and sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand, it may take 7-16 days for your order to arrive.

What if I didn't receive my order? If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/wrong/damaged? If you have received wrong, missing or damaged goods, please contact us. Include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any relevant references from the package. We will do our best to resolve the case quickly.

When will I receive my refund? All refunds will be transferred to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or the cancellation request. For questions about when the credit will appear in your account, contact the bank that issues the card or the credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
